Weight loss coffee?
Some guy was giving out pamphlets on some weight loss coffee. Anyone know anything about this or if it works?

Weight loss coffee?
I don't buy into it.. But I will say this. Starbucks makes a can of an energy drink with green coffee beans which are said to help you lose weight or burn fat or whatever.
I've noticed it's filling. Like if I have a can, I'm not hungry after.

Green coffee bean extract was the rage not that long ago. Dr. Oz had it on his show. I think it was just a fad.

Damn. If there's a weight loss coffee that works, I would be like Gisele with the amount of coffee I consume!

Weight loss coffee?
Check out that drink I recc above. I swear it curbs my appetite. I don't think any of those gimmicks work usually though. Because then I think everyone would know about it and use them.

Me too!
Sadly, no such thing exists! The only thing that makes you lose weight is portion control & exercise. Bummer.

^ ditto. But if you want a quick fix.. Or a jump start..Cut out carbs. I can lose so quickly when I do that. Then you just maintain it and slowly intro more carbs from good sources.
