Weight Watcher Point Allowance
Does anyone have the point allowance for each weight range? Has it changed in the past few years (I did WW in 2004 and was allowed 20 pts).?
Thanks. I cannot find the info online.

Re: Weight Watcher Point Allowance
its a formula based off several factors (weight, activity, age, etc).
Once you join (whether online or meetings) you'll get those materials.

Re: Weight Watcher Point Allowance
Take the first 2 digits of your weight
add 2 points if you are a female
if you are between 17-26, add 4 pts between 27-37, add 3 points between 38-47, add 2 points
Under 5'1" , 0 points 5'1" - 5'10", 1 point over 5'10" , 2 points
Do you spend most of your day
sitting down - o points occasionally sitting but mainly standing - 2 points walking - 4 points doing physical hard work - 6 points
for example a 26 y/o, 5'7" female weighing 180 lbs with a desk job would have - 18+2+4+1+0 = 25 points
