Weight watchers and tasting food?
Sorry for the dumb question, but if you are on weight watchers do you count points if you only take a bite of something?
For example- If dh is eating fries I take 2-3- do I count that as one point or nothing?

Yes, technically you are supposed to. My leader used to use this phrase: "If you bite it, you write it. If you nibble, you scribble"

When I followed it hardcore, I followed the BLT rule...jot down every Bite, Lick and Taste.
It kept me on track.

Re: Weight watchers and tasting food?
Yeah, I am kind of a stickler when tracking. I do account for bites I take here and there... I usually will count a point, unless it's something with hardly any calories (where I may count zero) or super fattening (like a big bite of a very caloric dessert) where I might count 2.
I think having to account for the bites and tastes makes me less likely to eat them. And I do feel like my weight started creeping up when I started doing things like eating leftover food off my DS's plate or tasting his "treats."

Too many tastes and you will blow your points so YES! you have to count everything you put in your mouth.
