Weight Watchers ladies...I have a quick question!
Do you think it's ok if I lend my friend my 2008 food books? Or should she go out and buy the 2009 versions? Do they add that much that she should get the newer ones? TIA!

For counting points like the complete food companion? I think it should be okay.

yes the complete food companion and the dining guide. I never used mine since I became PG 2 weeks after joining, so I figured why let my books go to waste if they are not much different from the 2009. Thanks!

The only real difference is that it won't have the filling foods in it. Are you going to meetings? If you do the monthly pass it's only $40 a month and you get the etools included.

It's not for me, I'm PG so I can't join until after June when I have my baby. I bought the 2008 books over the summer, and then got PG in September. My friend is joining for new year's, but I don't know if she wants to do the whole meething thing. She may just want the books. I'll have to ask her, that sounds like a good deal! Thanks!

Ahhh I am sorry! I had a brain fart
It is a good deal and the meetings help tremendously! WW has done A LOT of research and people who go to meetings not only lose more weight but stick with it longer. Books are great but the ideas, support and weekly renewal you get at the meetings are priceless!
How's that for a ww ad?
