Weight Watchers Online

Has anyone tried this or does this? I was thinking about doing this. I lost allot of weight during the planning of my wedding..40 pounds in 7 months. But my schedule is so hectic now Weight Watchers on line might be good for me. I need to do something!! I think with the weight gain I have it may give me some trouble with TTC!!

I'd love to hear from you who do Weight Watchers!!!

Re: Weight Watchers Online

I am lifetime WW member.

I weigh in every 2wks- to keep track of weight (which now gets recorded directly to e-tools). I dont sit through meetings.

I use E-tools, so does my coworker, she just uses etools, and we both lost weight. started in May.

I track what i eat daily. its what helps me the most.

I find WW very successful and so will many on here.

It works. its what you put into it.

Thanks for the info! I don't think I will have time for the meetings..but I could do it online.

How does it work with the etools? Do they send you anything in the mail like a book when you sign up? How much is it?

Re: Weight Watchers Online

I went back to WW this morning - I was a lifetime member and fell off the wagon. They are doing free registration at the moment and if you pay for one month you get one month free. I was going to do online but I know myself - I need to be weighed in each week so I will go each week for the weigh in but wont stay for the meetings.

Online will work for you if you are motivated and will stick to the plan and not need to have the threat of the scales each week - I need the threat of the scales and not my scales someone elses scales.

I totally agree! If you are strict then online will work for you. I personally find the meetings so motivating. Last nights meeting had three women who all lost over 100 lbs. each!

i would love to know if they send you some kind of book as well. i know when my mom used to do WW years ago she had a book that told her how many point each food item was. i think i would need something like that as well.

Re: Weight Watchers Online

As a WW online member you don't get any of the books that you get when you sign up at a center

Re: Weight Watchers Online

Thanks for the Info. If I join at the center it would be hard for me to attend the meeting since the times I get out of work..but online would work best for me. I need to get myself motivated. I am planning on going to the gym on Sat & Sun. Do some healthy shopping and getting rid of all my junk food in the house. If it's in the house I will eat it!!!

Right now there is free registration going on, so you can stop by a center to join, pay $13 to get all the materials that they give you and never go back to a center and then join online and do it that way.

It's not what I do. I'm a lifetime member and also work for them. I'm just honest about how to go about to get these things.
