Weight Watchers Online
Can someone explain to me how this works. From what I understand, this it done totally online. You cannot attend meetings, correct? So what do you do online? Just track your food?

Weight Watchers Online
You can't attend meetings. You use it to track your food, track your weight (so you would need an accurate scale at home or at your gym). You have access to all the articles, recipes, and other tools.
A lot of people are very successful with the online program. I know for me, I need the meetings. Weighing in with someone else always holds me accountable.
