Weird blotchy spots...
At the gym today I ran for 30 minutes..(go me ) and when I got off the treadmill, I looked in the mirror. My whole face was red except for my mouth...that was white! I looked like I had a white goat-t on my face. W T F is that? Does anyone get that/do you know what it is??

I get that whenever I run. I always thought there were fewer blood vessels in that area (or something like that). My face usually stays red for a while after running so I look kind of strange since the area between my nose and mouth are white.

When I run, I get overheated easily and my face gets extremely red (and stays red even after I shower and cool off). It looks dumb when I have a big white patch on my face, but it always happens. I wonder if there's anything I can do to fix it.

I get the same exact thing. Its so embarrassing. I try not to go to the gym afterI go everywhere else so nobody will bee my weird redness issues.

Did it take a while to go away? It takes a really long time for my face to get back to its normal coloring after running at the gym.
