weird pain on the top of my abs
I've been getting this weird pain at the top or my abs/rib cage area (right underneath where your bra sits.) You can actually see a separation up there. I'm thinking it's a pretty normal pain, but I'm not sure. Anyone else have this pain?

I don't have pain there, but it can sure be uncomfortable at times. I find later at night that that area gets tight and its gets harder to take a "deep" breath. I figure by the end of the day, my insides are squished, so it doesnt worry me too much....

I had that, your rib cage is making room for the organs and the baby that is pushing around in there. the pain goes away when the baby drops

I definitely have that same pain. It usually comes around in the evening. It spans around where the entire bra line is. I haven't figured out how to alleviate it yet.

Oh great, I only have to suffer with this weird pain for the next 12 weeks or so.

Oh great, I only have to suffer with this weird pain for the next 12 weeks or so.
 It def isn't fun, but it's worth it! FOr me< i made matters worse, I almost fell on slippery floor when i was 32 weeks, and pulled a muscle on my rib, it took forever to heal and boy did the expanding rib cage make it hurt worse

I've had that pain, especially after I eat. It usually doesn't last too long. It's annoying when it's there though.

Oh I had that very often. Very uncomfortable. I always thought it was the baby foot or something jammed up there because my posture definitely affected it. If I was slouching it was worse. For me it just got worse as I got bigger but I never dropped so you might feel some relief if you drop.

I'm not sure if this is the same pain, but when I was pregger's I had a pain just under my bra strap near the breastbone. Turned out to be my gallbladder. Mention it to your dr. if you haven't done so already.
