weird thumping feeling
this morning i feel a weird thumping like feeling in my stomach its like to the left of my belly button and a little lower it lasted for maybe 20 seconds anyone ever experience this

I've had it a few times since I Od this cycle. I don't know what it is. It's a odd feeling.
