Weird TMI Question....
My neice has yet ANOTHER yeast infection. I told my SIL to let her "air out" down there and she said that that idea grossed her out.
I told her when I was a little girl we always slept with no underwear under our pjs, both my sister and my and all my girl cousins, mainly for the purpose of airing out...
She said that was disgusting and she couldn't believe my mom encouraged that.
IS my family nuts?

We always slept with no underwear on also...and totally TMI...but I've never had a yeast infection in my life!

It's not gross to "air out" Too much moisture CAUSES yeast infections.
I'm surprised your sil is not grossed out that her daughter keeps getting infections

Woohooo No underwear at bedtime here even at my age, and I've never had a yeast infection in my life. Ever since I can remember we never wore underwear underneath our pj's to bed. I always thought it was a European thing because my mom is from Spain and thats the way they do it there! I think it's a lot healthier this way, but to each their own!

My doctor actually told me to do this with the girls. Especially if they were suffering from a rash...After all these girls around here I can definitely tell you that it helps!!!!! Especially in the summer time when they sit around in wet bathing suits all day.
