Well it looks like I have to evict my tenants!!!
Why can I not get good tenants!!!
They moved in the end of November we received partial payment for December and nothing for January!!!

I know someone going through this now. They were just served papers yesterday.
It helped me decide that I want to sell our house instead of renting it.

Lucky the house is in SC the eviction process is less then 30 days they have to be out!! thank god!!
Spoke to our lawyer down there and the letter is being sent to them this week!!
