Well, we got our defective crib set up!! with pic!
DH and i got the crib set up last night and after we set it up we realized the back largest piece that goes against the wall is cracked and broken to the point that one of the posts is loose and is an obvious baby hazard! 
I called the manufacturer and they were right on top of it and are FedEx'ing us a new back piece and will be here at the end of the week. Very nice customer service but sucks we can set up the rest of it until the new piece comes but they were very apologetic about it. We love the crib though!

Very nice..... I want DH to set up our crib soon, because I'm so afraid that its going to be broken in the box and I'm going to have to scramble to get a new one

The new replacement piece just got delivered, it came 2 days earlier than expected...i can't wait to set it up so i can start working on getting the bedding in the crib!!
