Wen shampoo? the infomercial with alyssa milano?

Anyone try it or know someone who has? Looks interesting.

I used it for a couple of years. I just stopped using it recently, not because I was dissatisfied with it, but because I just felt like a change. You definitely have to get used to it since it doesn't lather. The cucumber one works the best IMO, better than the original formula or the tea tree one. For me, I really liked that it saved me time, didn't have to use a separate shampoo and conditioner and my hair looked great. It's especially good in the summer when I wash my hair a ridiculous amount of times (since it's very gentle). Make sure you use a boatload of it each time or it won't work well. It tells you to use it also as a styling product but it sucks for that. Just use it as a shampoo/conditioner.

I was wondering this as well I saw the infomercial over the weekend ad was curious. Does your hair actually feel clean?

Sally Beauty Supply sells a version called Hair One. Same ingredients, it's cheaper. I like how it leaves my hair- but it's not like shampoo. It's like conditioner. The only drawback is that it's not good for a quick shower. But I also find that daily use leaves my hair TOO soft.

I used it for about a month and I was not in love with it - I like it but I feel like my hair would get greasy faster, but as it is my hair gets greasy fast, I have to wash it eery day.

I would do some searches for reviews - I can't remember which boards I saw this at, but I definitely read some very negative things.

I have wavy hair and was recommended to use Deva Curl NoPoo and I like the products alot if you are looking for a line that doesn't lather or foam up like Wen.

Thanks all! One of my concerns is the oily hair factor...if I don't wash my hair for a day, it can be kind of oily. Maybe I will try that one that is less expensive that someone here mentioned. Wen kind of sounds like the "cetaphil of shampoo"....... Gentle and nondrying.... But I know for even my skin, I need a good deep cleansing wash. I'll see how it goes though! Thanks!

at first I really liked it. But as another poster said, It started to make my hair oily.

I have very fine, slightly oily, short hair.

I hated this stuff. It did absolutely nothing for me.

Hated the stuff. I have long, color treated curly hair and the stuff tried my hair out to the point that it took a couple of weeks with regular shampoo for my hair to return to normal.

This being said my co-worker who has straight, untreated hair loves the stuff.

I have used both the Wen and Sallys Hair One. Although I'm not really a fan of either, the Wen in my opinion was much better. I felt that it took a long time to wash out of my hair and my hair was then oily the next day (I don't have oily hair with normal shampoo). My mom uses Wen and likes it b/c she colors her hair and this keeps the color in longer, she has short hair.

my mom likes it and my aunt swears by it. they order theirs from QVC!
