Went back to the gym finally...
I only did the treadmill for 30 minutes, but I went.
 for me!
(will this be moved to diet and fitness?)

I just went back 2 weeks ago- I feel so much better
I am adding a minute and .1 mph every time I go- today it hit me harder then it has - but I didn't quit!
