Went to Jcpennys today
For his 1 year old pics...
And it didnt go so well-
Ryan cried- kept walking away
and it didnt help that the lady sat on the phone for 20 min complaining about how she had no one to close- instead of helping us...
Anyways- the pics will be here in 2 weekss- so I guess Ill see how they come out then.. but I wasnt too thrilled with my experience there
Also- I signed up so I could view the pics online BUT it says I cant view them for 10 days...????
I dont get it- I wouldnt of paid to view them online- If I knew I couldnt view them until after my pictures were already printed..???
Anyone know- does it just say that- but you could usually view before that?

I'd check daily. Mine showed p earlier then that. But, it did take a week. I got it for free there would be no way I would have paid for it.
Which JC Penney did you go to?

I went to the one in the South Shore mall...
She just didnt do anything fun with him...
Pulled down a white sheet- and that was it... I had to ask for the cake and candle prop

I had the same experience with them  My pictures came out ok... but I wouldn't say that they are the best they've had taken of them..... and I agree about the online thing!!! I paid extra and they mentioned nothing about not being able to see them for a week or so and I was the first one there in the morning and STILL had to wait 15 minutes

Sorry your experience wasn't good.... It's actually the only place I've had luck with. I am sure the pictures came out fine, I still can't wait to see them!

I am usually patient at these places. I don't need my kids to feed of my stress. But, I wouldn't wait that long for people b!tching on the phone!

No- if she was helping someone else, I totally would understand-
But she was on the phone b!tching and moaning about how she had no staff- at one point she threw the phone
Sorry- I dont feel its right to make BABIES wait- so you can have a temper tantrum...
Its hard enough to get a good photo shoot with young children- no need to prolong the process!

I would call & ask to speak to the manager. Also call the home office. That sort of thing is not tolerated.
