Went to macys today...
And I just looked over my bill....and the women scanned a shirt I bougth 2x. Hmm...I was having a converstaion with her and I did not look at my bill after...so I know it is my fault...but how do I prove that I only bought one????? These peopel are going to laugh at me when I call....
Note to self...Be polite to the cashiers...but check your bill asap!

i would just go and tell them what happened...do you remember the cashiers name? they won't give you a hard time, you could always call the store before you go in and speak to the manager

Yes, I do remember her name...and a lady yelled at her right after she checked me out. So Im hoping that might ring a bell...We talked about the shirts I bought too...So hopefully she might remember...

they should take care of it
once Banana forgot to give me my shirt - I called first - and they gave it to me the next day
same with A&F- they didn't put a pair of shorts in the bag- I called- went back and got them

I would call or go back and speak to a manager. I hope they would believe you because why would you buy two of the same exact shirt?
(maybe you can prove this if the shirt was rung up 2x in a row?...) Good luck!
