Went to Tanger today...
and spent 5 hrs there and you know what.... i barely spent $100 
Sometimes i just CANT find ANYTHING

It can be very hit or miss there. Next time you go, ask the salespeople when they will be getting their next shipment in. I did that once at Banana/J. Crew and I was able to go when they first got their fall clothes. HTH!
