We're APPROVED (co-op)!!!! Finally! UPDATED!

Leeners :) Member since 5/05 4898 total posts Name: Eileen	We're APPROVED (co-op)!!!! Finally! UPDATED! They like us. They really LIKE us! Board approval came thru today. We've been clear to close with the bank for some time (and lucked out with a relock last week at 0.25% lower than our original rate) so we are CLEAR TO CLOSE Just have to schedule. DH and I are hoping for next Friday (we need a Friday or Mon for our lawyer, who now lives out of town). Message edited 3/3/2006 11:45:55 AM.
