We're getting new couches!!! (kinda long)
DH and I got Married in October '06. We bought out couches in Sept. '06. In Sept '07 the couches started to break! The support beans under the couches cracked in half and now you sink into the couch when you sit down. Also, the cushions started ripped at the seems at the same time. We called the store where we bought them and they replaced 3 of the 5 cushions under the warranty. Then, 6 months later the ones we replaced started ripping!!!  It is very frustrating!
So, I started calling the store in Sept '06 and complaining that I wanted the couches fixed. Long story short, I spoke with the owner 5 times and he kept telling me "we will have the repair guy call you." Needless to say, the repair guy never called!! Between DH and I, and my parents, we have purchased 10 pieces of furniture from this store in the last year and a half (we furnished our house and my mom and dad redesigned their living room and den).
I kept asking DH to go to the store with me, but he wouldn't (he hates confrontation and didn't want me to "fight" with them). So, yesterday I went to the store and explained my situation (without being nasty). They simply told me to pick out new couches!!!!!!!! I was so excited!!! So, after 2 hours of looking at couches and fabric swatches, I picked out our new couches!!! They will arrive in 8 weeks!!!

No they aren't from the Place. But, a friend of my family was telling me that she got a couch from them and was very unhappy. she is still dealing with them and trying to figure out how to fix her problem.
