we're having another open house...
this saturday. since our deal fell through and we are back out there full force. it's a 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath co-op in islip. upstairs and downstairs. hardwood floors throughout. all kitchen appliances only 2 years old. washer and dryer within unit. 2 a/c units 1 year old. freshly painted. kitchen floor and bathroom tub updated within the last 6 months. inground pool, dog run, and laundry room in complex. mls#1961836 if you want to check it out. if you're interested, fm me and i'll let you know what time it's going to be (either 1-3pm or 2-4pm, not sure yet) and directions if you want. pass the info on to anyone who may be interested. and wish us luck. please. thanks!
