We're making Progress! YAY!

the last 3 nights we let her cry if she woke and it lasted 3 minutes....TOPS. And only once. She'd let out one of those one time WAhhhhh a few times, but that was it.

And today is day 3 of 7 oz formula/1 oz whole milk and she's doing GREAT. Some gas....nothing major and she's FINISHING her bottles again!

And I think we might be on our way to 1 nap....last week she did 1 nap (2-3 hrs long) twice. Bedtime was still 7pm though. Not bad. It really depends on what time she wakes in the AM and how long she naps for as to whether or not she goes down for a 2nd nap.

That's great. We've had to do the same with the crying. We just watch the clock and she's usually done in 1 minute or less (even though it seems like forever). We know if it goes on longer or she stands up then we have to go in. Eventually she stopped waking which is even better.

I'm glad to hear she's doing well! Christopher used to wake at 5 AM and I used to think he was up for good. Turns out I just needed to let him cry for a couple minutes. Now he sleeps until 6:30-7. That extra sleep is a beautiful thing!
