I've never ordered from them, but West Elm is a division of Williams Sonoma (like Pottery Barn and Hold Everything both are). So I'm sure their quality is good, and if you don't like it their return policies are good.

I've ordered drapes (curtains) from them and I was happy with their quality.

My GF used to work for them. She gave me some sheets they carry and they are really rough I prefer Pottery Barn over West Elm.

thanks for all the input. The thing we want to purchase is a small shelving unit to put the cable box, dvd player, and the tivo recorder.
