What age can babies start mommy & me Gymnastics? Can you recommend a program south shore Nassau?
I have an 11-month old gymnast on my hands.
When can I get her started? LOL
She has non-stop energy!!

We did a program not near you (Westhampton), but it was 15 months I think, but most were closer to 18 months. I know they needed to walk.

We did it when DS was 15 months. We are not near you, but we did My Gym. They may have a location near you.

I started the Little Gym in Levittown when DS was 11 months old. there is also one in Merrick.

All American in Bellmore. I believe you can start mommy and me when they are walkers.

I started at the one in Merrick when DD was 10 months. It actually starts as early as 4 months!
