what are good places to look for iron/metal wall hangings?

I am looking for something like this, but can't find a place who carries it.

Pier 1 was my first thought but after seeing what you wanted I think more Marshalls, Home Goods, Kohls, TJ Max... it's a hit or miss with them but they frequently have that style stuff.

I would say Marshalls or TJ Maxx. I also bought something kind of like that from the JC Penny home store a few months ago.
