What are lash extensions and are they appropriate for a 16 year old?
My daughter I think thinks shes 25 not 16. she is going on another cruise with my parents and now came up with the brilliant idea for eyelash extensions. We have had two big parties where she wore fake eyelashes and LOVED them. a makeup artist put them on and i know she wouldn't be able to do it herself.Is this something that lasts a while? something you advise against? Or is she just to young?

i dont see anything wrong with it. lash extensions done right look natural and in my opinion thats way better than strips of fake lashes you get at cvs.
but i would go to a reputable place. these nail salons charge very little $ for it and you def do NOT want to take her there.

This. I would only go to a place that specializes in this. I once tagged along with my friend who got hers done at a nail salon and it was the worst thing I did. They placed them incorrectly and was pretty much scratching my actual eye until they fell off ... btw they even last for weeks sometimes.
I now use Wink, but they are in the city.
