What are MUST HAVES for the registry.

This freaks me out that I will forget something. When we did the bridal registry I had already been living on my own for some time, so we did not need to register for much - only plates and a new bed set. I am so afraid that I will forget something.Chat Icon

if you plan on breastfeeding, the Boppy pillow was a life saver. I also really love the bottle warmer, bouncy seat and swing. There are alot of must haves, so just register for everything!!!Chat Icon

I loved the bottle warmer that had the cooler for the bottles attahed. Saved me from running up and down in the middle of the night.

The snap and go was my other favorite. I used it all the time and it was so light and easy to open and close.

I could be wrong but I think a lot of that BRU list is helpful but not a must have.

It woulld be great if we could get all the mommies to give us a list of their top 5 or top 10 must have items!

Re: What are MUST HAVES for the registry.

These are what I used most:
Bottles (whether BF or not). Don't get a ton because you don't know which one your child will like. My son liked Dr. Brown's regular. He didn't like the Wide Neck
A swing: I liked the Fisher Price Acquarium one but they have that cool rainforest one.
A bouncer: my son liked that. I had the Kick and Play but their are a ton of cool new ones.
A pack and play: Some people take them on vacation with them. I used the changing table part in the beginning and the basinnet part. Now it is used as toy storage!
A high chair: The popular ones that got good reviews are the Fisher price ones, the Chicco and the Prima Poppa.
Car seat: The popular ones aeem to be the Graco Snugride, the Graco Safeseat (holds babies more than 20 lbs now) and the Prima Viaggio
The Snap and Go: This is great for little trips to the mall. So light!
A stroller: There are so many:
I think different strollers serve different purposes! I have the Graco Quattro Tour. It is heavy. I used that for walks. You can get a lighter and smaller one for the mall.
Exercauser: My son enjoyed this.
Baby Monitor: I had the Angel Care one with the motion sensor
Sleep Sack: These are great for those cold nights.

The little stuff: Sheets, changing pad, diaper bag, nail clippers, nose suction for when they are sick, bibs, blankets, bottle cleaner, wipes warmer (never had), bathtub, bumpers/bedding. I will edit as I think of stuff
