What are my Jewish online LIF's doing on Xmas?
Me, DH, sister, BIL , niece, Aunt, Uncle and sisters MIL, etc are going over to my sisters MIL house for a Chanukah potluck- we are all cooking something- me I am making a turkey and latkas, we will then play board games, spin the dreidel, and celebrate Chanukah. Tomorrow nite, DH and I are going to either Ben's or for Chinese for dinner and maybe a movie- not sure if there is anything out that is good- anyone have any movie suggestions?

I think we are going to the city on Thursday and hitting up the 2nd Ave Deli (we did that last year too on Xmas Eve, but this year we are both working tomorrow). We may see a movie if there is anything worth seeing.
When I was younger and single, I would get all decked out to go the movies on Xmas Day.. I always thought that was the perfect time to meet a nice jewish boy!

i'm cooking dinner for my parents for the first time tomorrow night.
on thurs, dh and i will be sleeping in and he promised to make me chocolate chip pancakes! other than that, it's going to be a lazy day....

We do the same thing every year on what DH calls "Jew Movie Day."
On Xmas Eve, we go to a movie. On Xmas day, we go to DH's parents' house and spend the day in our sweats or PJs watching movies, doing a big jigsaw puzzle, and eating junkfood. It is an excellent completely lazy day.

We usually go into Chinatown to Wo-Hop but with an infant, that will be difficult. We are going to a family party instead.

We are going to DHs cousin's house. His cousin's girlfriend of 30 years is christian and they make a big christmas party.
When I was a child we used to go to our neighbors house for a 12 fish christmas eve dinner and then we also celebrated jew movie day with chinese food.

We are having some family over here... Just use the day as an excuse to get everyone together.
We are going to decorate cookies and eat baked ziti.

Tomorrow the movies later in the day and either cook or get deli.
Xmas day we are invited to our friends (they aren't Jewish) home for a big Italian spread. It'll be alot of fun b/c we usually only go for dessert as it's also my dad's birthday.
Since they're w/ Noah and Racheeeee in the UK, we can go.

No idea! Before DD we used to have parties for our Jewish friends on Christmas day. But now, it will be like any weekend depending on the weather. We're in the city, so lots of things are still open.
