In the summer I do alot of wraps
Grilled chicken, gorgonzola cheese, spring lettuce, walnuts, cranberries, raspberry dressing
or
Eggplant, fresh mozzarella, roasted peppers, balsamic dressing
I also make pasta salad with grilled shrimp, feta cheese, spinach, sundried tomatoes and olives. I make a dressing that is made of olive oil, white wine vinegar and goya boillion pack. Serve either hot or cold. You can substitute grilled chicken too for the shrimp or add rotisserie chicken.

Breaded grilled chicken or pork chops. If the weather's colder we like homemade shake and bake. I always keep turkey burgers in the freezer so we do with hot sauce and top with blue cheese dressing. Sausage burgers are also easy and a nice change from beef. I buy rotisserie chickens when they're on sale. We'll eat the breasts one night for dinner and I'll shred up the rest and put it in the fridge for an easy chili the next night. For quick sides, we like the steamfresh frozen brown rice and the GG frozen green beans with almonds. We usually have both on hand all the time.

Seafood is pretty fast.. baked salmon (you can use different sauces, to spruces things up). I do fish tacos as well.
We do quite a bit of saucy vegetables and it pairs well with rice, couscous which is quick and easy.
Salads are huge hit during weekdays..sometimes we top it with scallops or shrimp and its done.

Re: What are some of your fast go to dinner recipes.
London broil marinated overnight, thown in the broiler for about 8 mins per side (depends on how thick) or on the grill (in summer), with baked or sweet potatoes in the microwave and steam fresh veggies (or salad).
Or same as above with a marinated pork tenderloin, which takes 25-30 mins in the oven.
I love doing the meals above because they feel like a "real" home-cooked dinner (meat, potato, veggie), but require no real hands-on prep when you get home and you can have everything done in 30 mins or less.
Tacos are quick, as others have said. Just brown meat or ground chicken/turkey and assemble. We also do quesadillas as a quick meal.
I also do a quick shrimp recipe -- layer lemon slices in a baking pan, put shrimp on top, add whatever seasonings you like (Italian seasoning, fresh garlic, red pepper flakes, etc.), and then pour a mixture of melted butter, chicken broth and white wine over the top (I go lighter on the butter to make it healthier). Bake in a 350 oven until done (takes about 20-25 mins). Serve over pasta (orzo is great), rice, or spinach (for low carb).
Frozen burgers on grill (turkey, veggie, etc.) with oven fries.
I am a big fan of the crock pot, too, or things I can make in advance (like soup, frittatas, etc.) and then eat for dinner during the week.

Definitely a huge fan of anything that can be made in 30 minutes or so...have been making a lot of:
- chicken burgers with sweet potato fries - stuffed peppers - spaghetti and meatballs - homemade pizza - broiled salmon with frozen veggies and rice - pasta with chicken sausage or shrimp thrown in
