Cocktail meatballs
frozen meatballs - I use turkey meatballs
simmer on stove with two parts grape jelly to one part chili sauce - sounds gross but so good!!
eta - forgot to mention to prepare the meatballs according to package directions first - so they are going into the pot already cooked through - not frozen - then you just simmer them in the sauce.

pigs in a blanket - take pillsbury crescent rolls dough and wrap around hotdog cut into pieces!
toasted baguette, sliced - with some pesto, mozzarella cheese, drizzled EVOO, salt & pepper
veggies/pita chips w/onion dip or hummus
guacamole & chips
stuffed mushrooms
fried ravioli

dates wrapped in bacon (roll 1/2 a piece of bacon around a pitted date, secure with toothpick and fry until the bacon is crispy... DELISH!!!)
brie en croute (cut a small camenbert in half, fill the center with raspberry preserves... put the top back on, and wrap in thawed puff pastery. do an egg wash and bake at 400 until golden... roughly 15-20 min... let cool several min before serving)

-garlic "rubbed" italian bread with fresh mozzarella and either prosciotto or roasted red pepper

- asparagus wrapped prosciotto
