What are some ways to possibly get labor going?
Are there any tricks that I can do to attempt to get labor moving? This little girl needs to come out.....
Any of you ladies had any luck with getting labor moving??
I have been having AF like cramping since sunday, NST showed contractions but internal monday showed no dilation. Still having AF like cramping as i type.

"they" say walking alot, squats, sex, spicy foods, eggplant, nipple stimulation. Not sure how true any of them are, since none worked for me Good luck!

I heard so many wierd things when I was preggo and one night out of pure frustration...I tried a few all in one night LOL...sex, 100 jumping jacks, and spicy food....funny thing is...I woke up in labor the next am. who knows if any of those things did anything or pure coincidence but csnt hurt to try LOL

I swear walking, sex, and nipple stimulation were the KEY for me. I was getting soo sick from the first fews weeks of pregnancy till the very end, so I needed that little boy to meet his mommy finally lol, and he came 1 week before my due date. I started doing that stuff 4 days before he arrived

it could be a coincident but what got me into labor was walking.
July 11, went walking at jones beach, walked about 2 hours, maybe more.
July 12, 3:30am started contracting.
July 12, 3:52pm DD was born.
granted i was a C section, but i was contracting enough where if i was to do it vaginally, they would have just helped me along... i was completely closed too

i think in about 4 days before i went into labor, i started eating spicy food religiously, walking around the mall, eating eggplant, had sex, i actually used the breast pump for a few minutes, drove over speed bumps and what i swear did it, squats. i did 10 squats like every half hour and i could literally feel like water squishing. next day, i bent over to pick up my dog and my water broke!!
