definitely some crusty bread
any kind of veggies really... (baby carrots, tomatoes, broccoli, etc)
potatoes
and if you want to make a meal out of it... you can include bits of meat, chicken, shrimp

Apples
Crusty bread
Steak fries. (I made mine fresh and baked them in the oven.)
Shrimp or chicken
Broccoli or asparagus
ETA: When I made a fondu I also like to make some other finger type foods that are dippable like, shrimp cocktail, asparagus with a wasabi dip.

when I make cheese fondue I put out:
apples
small red potatoes (cooked of course)
asparagus
broccoli and cauliflower (I steam these first so they are fork tender)
pumpernickel and italian bread
