DD has extremely sensitive skin and eczema. I have had no problems at all with the pampers sensitive wipes.
Even the natural unscented pampers wipes irritate her, but not the sensitive-go figure!
ETA: I can't use wipes anywhere else but diaper changes though, it gives her a rash too.

Pampers Sensitive. Steven has SUPER sensitive skin and I sometimes use it on his face and hands and he doesn't have a reaction.

I use pampers sensitive as well, never a problem. I also have Mustela wipes made for the face, which I use on DS's neck, face etc.

Re: What are the best wipes for a baby w/ super sensitive skin?
Those of you who said you can't use wipes on face just for diaper changes what do you do if you have to feed DC while you are out. I too only used wipes for diaper changes until last week when I needed to feed her out and she got a rash so I need to find a wipe that's ok for face and neck.

Re: What are the best wipes for a baby w/ super sensitive skin?
I use pampers sensitive. If I have to feed her on the go, I recently started stocking some bounty paper towels in the diaper bag that I usually moisten then wipe her with. I actually do the same when she's at home. I guess if there was no water around than I would have to use a wipe.

I use the pampers unscented wipes. I have used them on her face and hands.
My friend puts a damp washcloth in a baggy for trips.

I guess I can do that. wipes seemed so convenient. Oh well.

I could have written the same thing.

Pampers sensative too... my son had a very bad reaction to a huggies wipe about a year ago... I cleaned his face with one at a restaurant and he swelled up with hives!

Re: What are the best wipes for a baby w/ super sensitive skin?
DSs have very sensitive skin and we have always used Kirkland wipes. I LOVE them - hypo allergenic, scent-free.
Also, for mealtime clean up - they sell dry, disposable, wash cloths at BRU. They too are scent, soap free. Wet it and wipe those dirty faces clean!
