What are the signs of premature labor
What signs did you have or experience when you you went in to labor early?
I just want to know what I should look out for. Tomorrow I will be 28 weeks and I'm still commuting and keeping busy on the weekends. I'm definitely starting to feel a lot of lower pressure when I have a long day. I'm trying to take it easy when I can.

yes you really have to start resting. now is crunch time. i started getting contractions at 29 weeks. they really started kicking in at 33 weeks and they had to put me on procardia. i was in the hospital 3 x before i had them. take it easy hon!!! i can't stress that enough!!!!

Oh man, I wish I could take it easy  I am so busy through April 10th. What was I thinking!!!
I just need to make it 5 more weeks!!! Then its rest time!

i agree with the PPs - definitely take it easy. my OB took me out of work at 22 weeks.
i started having premature contractions at 31 weeks and i was put on bedrest then - best thing i ever did because the boys stayed put until 37 weeks and spent NO time in the NICU!
best advice when carrying twins - rest and take it easy.
i didnt know iw as having premature contractions until i went to a lamaze class and they told me what braxton hicks felt like and that if they were coming less than 15 min apart i should call my doc. that night i realized my belly was getting hard CONSTANTLY but i didnt feel anything at all - i only noticed when i felt my belly. i called my doc and i was having contractions. i was put on meds for weeks and thankfully. the contractions never did anything to my cervix, but i credit that to all of the rest

try to take it easy as much as u can in between doing stuff.
have started feeling a ton of pressure down below too and I just take it as signs of the girls telling me to SLOW DOWN.

Just be careful, so you have both sides of the story, I experienced something similar, had NO clue it was contractions until I was admitted to the hospital at 28 weeks and they hooked me up to the monitors.
In the end I was put on modified bedrest (but i didn't really listen). The boys barely waited until 31 weeks. As you've seen, they're small but perfect!

It feels like cramping kind of like menstral cramps. If you start feeling like this call the doctor ASAP! Also any tightness.
I started getting this at like 25 weeks or less (can't remember) YOu also need to drink lots of water. I was in the hosptial 3x. First I started at home on modified bedrest at first, then strict then hospital bedrest. I also had to be on procardia.
Please please be careful. If something doesn't feel right call the doctor ASAP they will probably send you to L&D.

Thats what i keep saying.. if i can make it to 32-34 weeks Ill be happy but im trying to do my best not to push myself to hard

i went into preterm labor at 34 eeeks and 5 days i had a belly ache all day and i had diarehea so after like 5 hours of deeling discomfort i went to the hospital and well i went from closed to 4cm within a few hours soi got an emergency c section
