What are you all...
doing with your kids tomorrow if you are both off from work/school?
I was thinking
1) Bowling
2) Seeing Megamind
3) LICM

Megamind was cute.
DH is off with the kids. One has a birthday party so he's supposed to be planning a special day for the one left behind.
I was hoping it means they'll be cleaning out the garage but that doesn't seem "special" enough
LaserTag is always fun.

When we saw TS3 the megamind preview came on and they were all excited for it.
Now they keep asking.

I didn't think it was scary. If a 3 year old can sit through a movie, I'd say go for it.

we planned this in the summer - we are going to the statue of liberty before it closes for a year (but they have to be 48" to go up)
We have parent-teaacher conferences next week, so DH will be home with DS. They are planning: bowling, bronx zoo and big apple circus (well bowling is Friday, since DH took off Friday too)

It's supposed to be sunny. We were thinking of riding our bikes down to Main street, having some breakfast, there's a guard mount in the park so we may stop by to show some respect for the vets. Then we'll wander town and maybe stop by my friends house for some playtime.
I know.. we're super boring.
ETA: The actuality was even MORE boring!! I made pancakes and then I went into work for a couple of hours while Rob took them bike riding. I got home and was exhausted so I napped. We watched Diary of a Wimpy Kid after supper.. that was it.

Nothing! I'm such a bad mom! One has a movie night over at a friend's house tonight, so at least something is being done with friends.
Other than that, I have sooo much to do around my house, and I personally hate taking them anywhere when everyone else has off from school too!

Probably go to the park, lounge around and wait for the hubby to wake up after working all night, have a nice afternoon as a family and eat a nice homemade meal for dinner.

We are supposed to be participating the Vet. Day ceremony at the American Legion with our Cub Scout Pack but Jack is coughing a sneezing so we may not go. I sent him back to bed for a bit. I will see how he is doing a little later.

we are going to mcdonalds for lunch (with an indoor playplace) then my 9yr old has soccer practice so there is a park there we will be there for an hour and a half
