What are you all getting for DH for Christmas
I'm looking for ideas. He's been a super Dad so I want to do something really nice for him, but I feel like I don't have any great gift ideas this year. Anything father related? Thanks for any suggestions you can provide.

I am a SAHM so I don't have much money to spend on him as I'd like. But I got him a Tommy Hillfiger wallet and put a picture of Matthew in it.
Then from Matthew, DH is getting a 2007 photo calendar with pics of DS for every month. On the front it says "Daddy's 2007 Calendar".
We also got him a picture frame that says "Happiness is me & my Dad". I'll put a pic of the two of them together.
I would love to spend more but like I said I don't have much money to spend on him. I feel so bad cuz he's a super dad and deserves more.

Things are tight around here, especially since I was laid off right before thanksgving and with #2 on the way.
DH wanted a watch holder thingy so badly, so Gianna picked that up for him.
I am also going to make him a card with sono pics and pics of Gianna in it over the last 7 months with a cute poem or saying.
I did that for him for fathers day and the tears were soo heartfelt and made me cry when he read it.

I'm getting him another controller for his Xbox 360, some cologne, new hat/scarf/gloves, 2 dress shirts with ties. We're trying to stay a little low key this year with #2 coming in May.

I got him DVDs, a wallet, American Chopper stuff, a Daddy picture frame and put a daddy poem in it. That is all for now.

DH and I decided we weren't going to get gifts for each other this year. But I made a photo collage of pics in printshop with him and TJ and used a poem that ANNA posted a while back.

from DS I got him pics of DS in his football jersey framed. DS also got him an electric razor

I started last year getting him a baseball with the boys picture on it.
I also got him a baseball display case for them and some other autographed balls he has.
Then I got him some stuff from me, the lamp from the Christmas story, Atari plug and play game and a digital key chain which holds 56 pictures on it, since he is alwasy bringing in pics of the boys to wokr, and bending them

I got him Tempurpedic slippers that he asked for, and a bottle of Eternity for Men eau do toilette (which is a big testament to my love since I don't like how it smells on him, I prefer Polo) but his other one was taken away from him at the airport in Dublin last month. And a Thomas Kinkade calendar, he likes Thomas Kinkade prints. And my sister is getting him a cd of the Highwaymen (Johnny Cash, Glen Campbell, Willie Nelson and someone else...Waylon Jennings I think). ETA: and a picture of him and Liam in a frame which will be from Liam

Sorry, I really didn't answer the original question...
I tried to do something "father-related" for Father's Day...what a shocker, right?...I bought him that Old Navy "World's Best Dad" (or something like that) t-shirt.
Anyhow, he totally wasn't into it and really didn't want to ever wear the shirt, although I have seen him wearing it around the house. He doesn't like stuff that advertises his fatherhood, I guess.
I do think a framed picture of him and Ellie would be nice though...my DH would definitely like that for his desk at work because he does like to show her picture off.

a tie rack for the closet
an ornament with a hand painted picture of our house in it from Personal Creations
His b-day is in January, so I am getting one of the pictures Barb took for us made into an 11x14 canvas for his office.

I dont know how father related it is, but I got my DH a digital frame bc he loves new tech stuff and this way he can put the frame on his desk at work and pictures of our son (and I guess some of me ) can play through. This way he gets a selection while in the office.
