What are you all having for dinner in this awful heat tonight?
Rotissiere chicken from BJ's, and bagged salad. I am not cooking in this heat!

Turkey Stuffed Peppers at my husband's request. It's not what I'd call summer food.. and I'm not loving that I'll be over the stove - but that's what AC is for!

My AC is on ... hope you are cooking on top of the stove and do not have to heat up the oven.

Hamburgers, Fries and Beans.
With the AC on, it doesn't bother me to cook on the stove or put the oven on.

I don't have AC 
still doing the brats and kraut though. the plus side is they cook quickly, and the potatoes were boiled earlier today. THANK GOD.
this is one of those days that I do a rain dance!!!!

I AM cooking in the oven!
And it isn't central air either.. the AC is NOT in the kitchen. So the plan is cook fast - get the stuff in the oven and then go into the living room until the food is ready! The dining part of the kitchen is fairly cool from the AC in the living room - but it gets HOT by the stove/oven!!

Big Salad with grilled chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, chick peas , onions and some feta. Tzaiki on the side -- cold and yum

we had a chicken from costco already cooked and a salad and mashed potatoes that were mocriwavable. I have C/A but when i turn the stove or oven on the house still gets hot. I don't cook when its 90 degrees out. I hope it cools down soon. This sucks!

spaghetti and meatballs in the crockpot.
we don't have an oven that works so our meals are on the stovetop which doesn't create too much heat.

We had steak pinwheels stuffed with cheese, broccoli and polenta with melted gouda on top. It look me all of 10 minutes to cook so I was thrilled!!
