What are you done with so far (for Christmas or Christmas Eve)?

I'm cooking for Christmas tomorrow and figured I'd get a head start today. So far I made:

corn casserole
sausage and apple stuffing
cranberry sauce
brussel sprouts with pancetta

And later I'm going to make the macaroni and cheese and a kit kat cake. Yay for getting things done early!Chat Icon

I roasted my vegetables already for tonight.
I have to finish cleaning the house (but found my way to the computer Chat Icon )
Tomorrow I have to cook everything. I'll probably cut up my veggies tonight so less prep work for tomorrow.

Re: What are you done with so far (for Christmas or Christmas Eve)?

I'm cooking for tomorrow. So far:

Gravy (or sauce depending on your family) is done and the meatballs, sausage, pork and braciole are all in it.
Potatoes au grating are made, just need to bake
Sweet potatoes are made, just need brown sugar and mushrooms and thrown in the oven for a few minutes.
Green beans are cooked just need to be sauteed.
Antipasto is made
Mushrooms are done
2 different sauces for the roast beef are done.

My sister is taking care of baked ziti and salad and my MIL is taking care of dessert.

Tomorrow I just have to heat it all up, sautee the green beans in butter with almonds, bake the crescent rolls and of course cook the roast beef.
