what are your fav. things to cook and freeze?
I am looking for suggestions on what you guys make that freezes and reheats well - I would like to add some new things to my line up for Talia (not baby food - regular food). TIA.

homemade sauce chicken marsala chicken francese stir fry chili goulash (a beef stew type but with more flavor than regular beef stew, tomato base sauce) chicken noodle soup beans (I make them, use what I want, and freeze the rest for rice and beans at a later date)

We have been shopping at BJs lately and getting big packs of meat and it kinda is a time saver in the long run.
I break up the chicken and put it in packs with different marinades or just plain -- like Jack Daniels BBQ sauce, Teriyaki -- this way when it defrosts it marinates and is all flavorful when you cook it.
I also break up the ground beef and make hamburger patties and meatballs in advance, freeze them and then when I want to cook them it's super easy.

these things all sound yummy - but I meant more for Talia - not DH and I (although she would probably eat all of that!!)

Emily LOVES meatballs -- you can just make "mini meatballs" for Talia

if she eats meat you could do hamburger, plaing chicken cutlets or lightly seasoned.
chicken noodle soup is safe....just don't season it too much.
chicken marsala is not a heavily seasoned meal
what about rice made with broth instead of water so it's flavored?

I'm going to try that next. I made her chicken and cous cous which she would not eat. This child has been surviving on string cheese and macaroni and cheese.
