What are your favorite holiday dishes?
Mine are:
sweet potato casserole
string bean casserole
fresh cranberry sauce
potato pancakes
three layer cookies
anything with almond paste
breads/challah/parker house rolls

Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Christmas:
Shrimp Oreganata
Stuffed Mushrooms
String beans w breadcrumbs, garlic and EVOO
Cauliflower patties

Parsnips and carrots
Caramel apple pie
WINE
Christmas:
Eggplant parm with homemade pasta...if DH and I aren't travelling to see my fam for the holiday (as we aren't this year), I always make this for us.
And some assortment of desserts that I pick up.

Stuffing, mashed potatoes and corn. We could just have a "sides" holiday, and I would be happy!
