we are going to my parents lake house for a week of sun fun and relaxation.....hopefully!!!!!
I'm never on LI for the 4th so I am not aware of the status of stuff here, sorry....

For stuff to do I usually look at the Long Island Convention & Visitors Bureau Calendar of Events Kotka and I used to work there so I know firsthand how thorough they are in compiling information for it.
Friday we're just hanging out at home and then at night we'll walk over to Wantagh Park to watch the Jones Beach fireworks.
Saturday DH is taking me out to dinner in the city for our anniversary (which is really Friday)
Probably hit a local pool at some point during the weekend.

We're in Montauk for the weekend! We're bringing my niece to babysit so we can go see Green Machine at the Memory Motel!

We live just outside of Washington, DC so we will be going to the brand-new Gaylord Hotel that opened at National Harbor. We reserved a room that overlooks the Potomac River so that baby Athan can experience the fireworks in our nation's capital in air conditioned comfort! So excited since this will be his first Fourth of July

We will be going to a campground on the water (im drawing a blank on the name of the park) during the day with DD.. then we will be bringing her to my moms and either going back there or hanging out at home to watch the fireworks

Friday Christopher have plans to go see the parade in Port Jeff with Summer and Emma (I think).

We will be outside DC as well- my BIL who we are visiting is pretty connected so we are dying to see what he is going to cook up for us to do! You never know with him!

putting in our new paver patio with my parents! our town (we are in NJ) has a big circus for the 4th, so we will head over there to walk around. if we finish early, we would head to a bbq on LI on Sunday!
