We're going to the parade in Port Jeff..not sure what after that. I used to live across from Bald Hill and we never had to leave our sidewalk to get a spectacular view of the fireworks. I don't think I'm brave enough to go there with a toddler at this point!

We have a BBQ every year. They do a firework show in my town and I live near by the field where they shoot them off.

Celebrating Julia's B-day this weekend since her real b-day is Monday! We are having a BBQ Sat with Family and some friends. Friday night we might go and see a fireworks show.....

We'll be at Sesame Place and Philadelphia.
Not sure if we'll venture out to see fireworks since it's past DD's bedtime. Maybe if I can get her to take a late nap...

For stuff to do I usually look at the Long Island Convention & Visitors Bureau Calendar of Events Kotka and I used to work there so I know firsthand how thorough they are in compiling information for it.
Friday we're just hanging out at home and then at night we'll walk over to Wantagh Park to watch the Jones Beach fireworks.
Saturday DH is taking me out to dinner in the city for our anniversary (which is really Friday)
Probably hit a local pool at some point during the weekend.
You can definently find things to do on the Calendar of Events page on our old company website.
