What are your quick/easy veggie snacks for your toddler??
DS is great at eating fruit and does pretty well with veggies if they are mixed in with something, but I need more ideas for veggie snacks! TIA!

My only idea is the veggie sticks in the organic/natural snack section. They are made from veggies, like sticks of potatoes, tomatoes and spinach (I think). I really don't know how healthy they are since they are next to the potato chips, but DS loves them! I'd like some more ideas too!

I cut up orange & yellow peppers into strips and DD munches on those. She'll dip them in some ranch dressing too LOL
I also make sweet potato fries or chips (blanch the potato for 10m and then slice up into fries or chips, bake at 350 for like 15m).
Peas...edamame...
She kind of gags on broccoli & string beans...but I still push them LOL

DD LOVES peppers, so she's always munchin' on them.
Baby carrots she loves
Edamame
Tomatoes (even though they are a fruit) she loves the grape ones.
Try cutting them up and dipping in hummus...GREAT way to get them to eat them

DS LOVES baby carrots and edamame. He will eat the carrots with every meal if I gave them to him!
