What blinds/shades color would you pick?

What blinds/shades color would you pick?
We have the pottery barn/modern look going with the espresso furniture/dining room....bamboo floors and oak molding for windows...the walls are a taupe kind of color in the beige family. I'm torn on what shades to get for the bay window and side windows that are part of the living room/dining room.
1. White or sand color? if we choose the levolor cellular blinds...
2. wooden honey/oak color blinds
Then put a nice curtain on the bay window...
Any suggestions or ideas? Really stuck. I don't know what color or style would be best to blend in.

Sounds very similar to my house except our moldings are white so I did white wooden blinds. I think I'd do the oak wooden ones if I were you!

I was thinking of white shades. The wood ones might make the room too dark looking with all the other furniture and flooring.
