What can I do about this? Placed an order online through Paypal...
On 1/19 DH ordered some cute onesies from a site called theretrobaby.com
I realized that we have never received the items, so I wrote them an email. No response. Both DH and I have called their customer service number (goes right to voicemail) and have left several messages. No response.
DH actually paid through Paypal so I'm hoping we're covered. The order was only $40 but it just really pisses me off that we can't get a response from these people.
Does anyone know how I can stop payment or should I dispute the order through Paypal?

If you paid through paypal it's pretty secure so they should be able to help you out. I would contact them with all the info and see what they say. They will be able to trace the money, the people you bought from, etc.

You can also dispute it on paypal and get your money back if that was the case.
