What can I do for a black eye? Updated w/Pic
Jake has one. 
Between the fat lip last week, the two bites on his arm last month, and now this black eye, I'm building up quite a collection of daycare "Boo Boo Reports" for his scrap book.
ETA: He was making a silly face but I think it's cute  It was actually a little worse today than yesterday.

i would just say, enjoy it! kids are so cute with black eyes! take pics!
i dont think there is much u CAN go- if it is already black, the dirty work is already done (i think at FIRST you can use ice packs or whatever, but beyond that....)

Poor little Jake. He's really having a rough couple of weeks.

Maybe it's time to look into a proper daycare instead of dropping him at the local boxing ring.

Oh, poor Jake! Like someone else said, now that the damage has been done and the bruise is already there, there's nothing you can do to speed up the process- it's just going to have to fade on its own.
