What can I do with ground pork?
What can I do with half a package of ground pork that I have frozen in my freezer? I don't eat pork and never cook with it so I am clueless.

Anything that you would use ground beef/turkey for. Some people mix it with beef for a meatloaf/meatballs.
I like pork for Mexican dishes so I would probably go that route.

I would mix it with cooked rice, an egg, salt and pepper roll it in bread crumbs and fry it like you would meatballs or chicken cutlets. I also made this recently with ground pork:

I use ground pork when I make meatballs. I usually use a mixture of beef, pork and sometimes veal

We have used ground pork in tacos. My family likes these just as much as when I use beef or chicken.

What can I do with ground pork?
i make sausage patties. I add some garlic powder, sage, fennel seed and paprika and then fry in a little oil.

What can I do with ground pork?
You can grate ginger, garlic and coriander or cilantro with schopped green onion and mix it into the pork. Form them into burgers layered in between parchment paper and pop them into the freezer for a bit. Grill them and top with some hoisin or sriracha. I grill pineapple and serve with. Rice or baby bok choy on the side.
