What can I eat for breakfast that is Low carb?
ANd does not take a lot to prepare.
I HATE eggs....
I am just at a loss..I have not met with a nutritionist yet, because my insurance covers nobody in my area....
But, I am dying for some different ideas for breakfast...

It's sort of a weird thing to eat for breakfast, but what about veggie burgers or veggie chicken patties? I've grown tired of eggs as well, so I mix it up sometimes with one of these. They're very low cal (100 cal per patty) and very low in carbs, high in fiber and in protein.

When I lost 54 pounds, I ate cottage cheese, low carb yogurt, mozzarella cheese, eggs, sometimes I would eat a lunch item for breakfast, a low carb bagel.... HTH

I like LC yogurt, cheese, sometimes some tuna salad, a couple slices of deli ham.

Oatmeal is very healthy (not the flavored ones though). Not sure about the carbohydrates but there is a lot of fiber that will keep you full throughout the morning.

I am on SouthBeach and I hate Eggs with the exception of hard-boiled (I dont eat these often). This is my sample breakfast:
Fat-Free PLAIN Yogurt ( I added splenda, vanilla extract and ground flaxseed) The flaxseed has a nutty flavor and is great on Fiber. This was soo good! 2 Slices of Turkey Bacon 1 Hard-Boiled Egg 1 Small Glass of V-8 Tomato Juice.
I have also done a Turkey Bacon LT (without the bread): I use 2 large Romain Lettuce Leaf and add Cottage cheese, Tomatoes, and Turkey Bacon. It hits the spot!
