What can I make with Sugar Cookie Dough?
Ok, I made those no fail sugar cookies and true to what it said.... I made over 4 dozen cut outs and still have dough left!!
I don't feel like making more cutouts, so what other cookies can I make with the dough?

I have this recipe, just skip the dough making part.
Andes Mint Cookies
Ingredients:
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Brown sugar, packed
3/4 c Butter or margarine
2 Eggs
1 ts Vanilla
2 tb Water
3 c All-purpose flour
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
3 packages of Andes Mints
Instructions:
• In a large bowl, cream sugars and butter or margarine.
• Add eggs and water. Beat well.
• Mix flour, soda and salt well. Add gradually to egg mixture.
• Chill dough overnight (it is important that the dough be WELL chilled).
• Wrap each mint completely in cookie dough. Place 2" apart on lightly greased cookie sheet.
• Bake 7-9 minutes until golden brown in a 375~ oven
• Melt extra Andes Mint Chocolates in a bowl and drizzle over cooled cookies

BIL grandmother brought these to CHristmas dinner:
Take sugar cookie dough, roll them into little balls and poke a hold in the center (but not all the way through). Insert a reeces peanut butter cup into the cavity and bake.
These were SOOOOOOOOOOO good!

mix in some chopped macadamia nuts, white chocolate chips, and dried cranberries. yum!

make a cookie pizza. Roll out the dough onto a cookie sheet. Bake it.
Top with cream cheese/sugar blended (or vanilla frosting) add some sliced fruit and chow down!

Thanks for all the suggestions!
I'd totally forgotten abut those pb cup cookies (yummy!!). Hubby won't eat the nuts and cranberry ones and there's not enough dough left to make a pizza (but that sounds good!!)
We have some peppermint Andes leftover so I'll use those! Thanks so much for the help!
