I am a bad nail biter. I have worn wraps, gel nails on and off. I took the gel nails off and thought I was better off with a shellac manicure than regular, and it has worked out great so far. My nailes would be ripping by now if not for gel. The only thing is, I find there is lack of selection of colors. What colors do you wear in spring or fall? Do any of you get french with the gel nail polish and find it holds better than regular polish on nails?
