What color handbag are you using now, or looking to buy?

I always go for black or different shades of brown.

I would love to get a color for a change... but since I wear them for a long time (I don't change purses often), I am always afraid to try color.

I need inspiration!

I have done light blue, dark blue, and red.

i don't change purses that often either. Red i could use all year round and the light blue i only used in warm weather.

I picked colors based on what i have in my wardrobe. Blue and red are my fav colors

The coach bag i have now is black, only because i use it to carry diapers/wipes/snacks for the girls and i needed something very lightweight since i knew the contents would make the bag heavy.

yea I am so sick of black and chocolate brown bags! the bag I am currently using (since MAY!) is a caramel color, which is nice... but I want something different.

I bought a bag yesterday and don't "love it". it's nice, but it's too big for me and its chocolate brown. boring

Grab something that catches your eye, and so far things i've seen this season are flesh colors, light pinks, peaches, oranges.

If you can go small, go for it and if you don't feel comfy with it, you didn't spend too much $$$ on it

Lately I soo been feeling a pink bag! I want this one...i have this one in black and it fits all my stuff and my girls things i need to carry.

right now I have black.

I had a purply-burgundy before this.

I've used white/black/purple, green, red, yellow, animal print, and rainbow-striped bags.

Don't be afraid of color. Start with buying an inexpensive bag - Target has some cute ones.

i just bought a multi-season neutral. It's called shitake and it's like a grayish/stone/tan color. Perfect!

this winter i used an eggplant colored bag and last summer my bag was a coral color.

i am a BIG fan of brightly colored bags, and i don't care if they match my outfit because they are so fun!

are you looking to spend $$$ or not? michael kors has great bags, i am dying to get one! otherwise i would check out stores like NY and Co. and Target, that way if you don't love the bag, you haven't broken the bank

ETA: would you consider a silver or gold bag? that might be an easier transition, since they can be considered neutrals and go with everything.

I'm the same way though. I would try an inexpensive bag to try to break into color. I plan on this for the spring.

Cycling between a medium brown and a dark purple. I plan to buy a white bag next for the summer. DH got me a tan/green bag for the spring already.

This Winter I have been cycling through 3 different bags. One is black, one is a great RED and one is Fuchia!

I am moving between 2 bags...forest green Joes tote and Plum Marc Jacobs. I have enough black and brown bags too -- not too into them right now.

I'm using a deep berry coach bag. I wear a camel coat and they look fab together!!

i am carrying hayden-harnett's yam lorca. i love the color, but for spring i am loving their moonbeam color--- it's like a pearly white.

My sister bought me a coral Coach bag for my 30th Bday - I would never normally buy a coral bag for that kind of money, but it's definitely a change to my black/brown bag wardrobe -
I'll use it for spirng/summer as an addition to my LVs

I have a bag that was super cheap from JC Penny..I love Gina De Rossi...her clothes are so fun and rich in color and texture. It's a pasley that is brown/gold/red/green.....I am still looking/saving for my fall/winter COACH bag and wallet. I have last seasons mulicolored patch COACH bag that is pink/purple/tan and I will pull that out after Easter for Spring/Summer.
